Mobi Carts have moved to the library to embrace a centralized, campus-wide checkout system and to allow for regular updating and maintenance.

Need a cart of laptops for a project in your class? Just contact the Tech Librarian (renee.barney@wartburg.edu) or fill out the Reserve Equipment Form (linked below).

• Mobi Carts check out to Faculty and Staff only.
• Checkout periods are flexible and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
• We have two Science carts and two general carts (available to any faculty or staff).

Instructions for Use:

• If you are using the cart for more than a class period, please plug it in to an outlet (NOT a power strip or extension cord), in a secure location.
• Please return all laptops to the cart at the end of each class period and plug them in so they charge.
• Do NOT remove individual laptop charging cables from the cart.
• If you are using the cart for more than one class period, please lock the cart when not in use and keep the key in a secure location.

If you have any issues with any of the laptops:

• During class you may try contacting the TechLine (ITS) for support.
• Otherwise, please indicate which laptop(s) gave you issue and let the library know. Each laptop has an ID number on the underside.
