The technology in this room is aging and until it can be upgraded, we ask for your patience. The display resolution between the presenters station and the pods/projector has decreased. ITS has done all they can do and unfortunately, the technology that runs the room is no longer supported.

There are workarounds to display your presentations. Please see below to determine which will work best for your needs.

• PowerPoints and Google Slides display the best.

• Screenshots and websites have poor resolution.

If you need to display a website or image, you can try two things. I recommend testing these BEFORE your class to determine which will be better, so you can set up the computer accordingly.

METHOD 1:

1. In the computer's Settings > Display: Set the displays to DUPLICATE instead of extend. 
2. Drag your window contents over until they show on the pod/projector displays. You will no longer see your content on the presenter computer.
3. In order to navigate through your content, you'll need to watch one of the pod screens or the projector display.

METHOD 2:

1. In the computer's Settings > Display: Ensure the displays are set to EXTEND.
2. While viewing your content on your presentation station display, hold down the Ctrl button and then either:
   1. Use the + and - keys (near backspace) to zoom in and out on the screen.
   2. Use the roller on the mouse to zoom in an out on the screen.
3. Zooming will allow students to read/see contents on the website clearly. You can then zoom out to see the entire website (though at a poor resolution).
