Accretions are additional donations/deposits to existing collections in the Archives.
- Create a new accession log entry
- Integrate into existing series in collection OR create new (depending on materials) - consult Archivist for determination
- Materials will either be added to existing boxes or placed in new
- Create or update box labels
- Add new materials to Finding Aid document
- Update Finding Aid on website
- including collection extent, abstract, subjects, series descriptions, and container listings)
- Update Proficio
- Collection and series records
- Add File Unit and/or Item level records
