Preface
The Wartburg College Archives is responsible for the collection and preservation of records that document the college’s history, development, operation, policies, people, activities, and events.
The Archives is committed to providing access to holdings. However, access to some items may be restricted by their fragile condition or by contractual agreement with the donors, and it may not be possible at all times to provide appropriate machinery for reading, viewing or accessing non-print materials. In such circumstances, arrangements may have to be made for digital duplication or transfer to occur before access can be provided.
Introduction
Abstract: Records regarding majors, faculty, programs, economics, and curriculum within the business administration department at Wartburg College. Records regarding accounting majors, admissions, income tax assistance, and the honors program are also included.

Department History
History: The business administration program helps students to work through ethics and challenges within the business world. Career opportunities include public/private accounting, finance, international business, government service, healthcare management, marketing, and nonprofit organizations. Faculty members mentor students regarding active citizenship, internships, case studies, and undergraduate research. A major and minor are offered in business administration. Concentrations include: marketing, management, finance, international business, and sport management.
