You can check WorldCat for the item and request it via Interlibrary Loan! You may also check our TRAC Partner Libraries for items to request. Finally, find out who your subject librarian is and email them about your need.
Search for ebooks, books, DVDs, CDs, print journals, scores, and other physical items in the library.
Your course has many films on reserve.
Ask for the film and mention your professor's last name at the library's circulation desk. The circulation worker will retrieve the DVD.
Checkout time periods are 4 hours.
You may find that you need more material than our library has. This is when it's time to search WorldCat and order something from another library.

If that kind of search gives you too many results, try going to the Advanced Search and using subject terms for part of your search.
You can limit to books or other material types before or after the search.
Request the item through ILL if we do not have it in our library.
Many early films are now old enough to have passed into the public domain. This is great news as they can now be easily (and legally) viewed online, especially if uploaded on YouTube.
