Our ELITE Consultants (Emerging Leaders in Technology Education) are here to provide technology assistance and guidance. They can help with printing questions, software and hardware issues, 3D printing questions, and circulating technology questions.
In Winter Term, we have 8 ELITE Consultants serving Wartburg: Baren, Brenden, Brynna, Carter, James, Mo, Rewa, and Theo.
The library has a new 3D printer! Come check out our new Mini that lives alongside our Taz 6!
Looking to have your students create 3D prints for class? We can charge a department account for the cost, if you'd like. Just get your department head's approval. Alternatively, students can pay cash or charge it to their student accounts.
3D printing costs $0.05 per gram of filament used.
The library now has two TVs on portable stands that can be loaned to faculty and staff for classroom use or event use. Use the Reserve Equipment Form or contact the Tech Librarian to reserve one!
The larger TV is a 48" screen and the smaller TV is a 32" screen. Both come with HDMI cables. Adapters and other cables are available upon request.

Are your students preparing to do research projects? I encourage you to invite me into your classroom! This allows me to build a rapport with your students and it encourages them to seek me out for more help later.
I can visit for a few minutes to introduce myself or spend 15-30 minutes going over information literacy skills you and I determine are most valuable. I can also instruct an entire class session, providing information literacy instruction and then being present while students work on their projects and test out their skills.
We can work together to find the best fit for your class. I look forward to working with you and your students!
