Welcome

This guide aims to serve as a starting point for research in modern languages.

Modern Language Research

Research in a modern language typically focuses on the culture(s) in which the language is prominent, not in the language itself. However, when the language itself is analyzed, it is linguistically, looking at how the word(s) are used, derivations, and history. Research can also be conducted in the literature of a modern language.
